Highly don’t recommend her basement. Unprofessional, terrible people skills. Rude and arrogant lady.
Just called and spoke to a lady and was not a pleasant call with a bussiness owner or client facing service. Found the call a bit rude.
This is such an amazing environment to practice yoga. There's no judgement from the guests or the instructor. Everything is well explained and taken at a steady speed. I get exactly what I need every time I leave; be it a good workout or a deep stretch. Clean, spacious and inviting room. All around one of the best places I've been to.
Cozy and intimate place to practice. The owner is a caring and knowledgeable instructor with many years of experience! Great for beginners and experts alike
