Man, this is was a big surprise. I tried them for my birthday and it was a great decision. I felt 10 feet tall after my session with Janine. Janine was genuinely happy to be there and eager to help with the wear and tear from all my time at the gym these last few months. Great price and Janine was super thorough and perfect for a newbie like me

My experiences at Anahata over the years are always not only relaxing, but good for my soul. Working out the kinks in a clean, comfy, professional space where I feel cared for as a person just resets me and is great for my RA. I only wish I could go more often!
