I had an excellent experience with Anahata. I came in with ongoing knee and hip pain related to running. Joshua took the time to really understand what was going on and where I was feeling the pain. He showed me a few specific stretches and mobility exercises to do at home to help reduce the strain on my knee and hip. Josh does a phenomenal job at listening to your body and giving it what it needs. I always have a super tight back and glutes, and he’s able to deliver the deep tissue massage that I crave. Highly recommend.
