I received the most relaxing and pressure perfect, Indian Head massage followed by a gorgeous, calming and serene Reiki treatment. What a beautiful combination session. Thank you so much Helen.
So many wonderful alternative health practitioners in this calming space! I've been going to the acupuncture multi-bed for several years, which offers an affordable, and community-based way to access this ancient healing method that can help with so many things. I also recently went to their Second Spring menopause awareness day, which was educational, informative, and so nourishing – talks and presentations followed by 1-to-1s and taster sessions, plus a sound bath to finish. Plus, amazing goodie bags! I'm so glad I went 💖
Well, yet another lovely experience at Anahata today. 1 hr Sauna followed by an excellent 1 hr massage by Tara. What a beautiful way to relax and have some "me" time.
