Well, yet another lovely experience at Anahata today. 1 hr Sauna followed by an excellent 1 hr massage by Tara. What a beautiful way to relax and have some "me" time.

Venetia is just amazing! She's treated me and my mum for various aches and pains and I swear its like she's a miracle worker. More recently I took my 2 month old baby to see Venetia for cranial-osteopathy. My baby was suffering with bad colic and reflux and was in a lot of discomfort and not sleeping. Since having treatment she's like a different baby so much happier, no longer in pain and sleeping so much better! Thank you Venetia
