Stay away from this provider… Dr. Anagha Agarwal’s office scheduled my appointment for 9:15 AM, but I waited over an hour in the waiting room. Despite multiple requests, a nurse was only sent after a long delay. Even after my lab results were available, there was no follow-up call. This has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve had in the DFW area.
Dr Anagha Agarwal has been superb. I’m healthier at 50 than I was at 35, all thanks to her guidance… that includes 60+ lbs of weight loss as of this review. I love having a Dr that tells it how it is then moves straight to how we’re going to fix it, no sugar coating. Yes, she’s that awesome! Office staff, nurses, and lab tech at the Hurst location have always been super nice and very helpful. Thankful to have found this place and look forward to continuing my wellness journey alongside the team at Alpha.
She was extremely rude and very disrespectful. I had to wait more than half hour to be seen, caused me to miss work and she said she did not care. She was very rushed and very rude and am in the process of taking legal action and reporting her to the medical board!
What a wonderfully caring and health conscious woman. She ask questions, had my history updated, did blood work and everything a new doctor should. In her care I have receive honest, useful advice and been treated with real professional and honest care. I am glad I came for myself. She is making a difference for me. Thank you again Dr. Anagha Agarwal, MD!
