I have been a patient of Dr. Agarwal for several years and was very happy with her. I’ve had the most horrific experience the last three weeks! Had a serious infection and kept getting the run around from the staff, and the nurse who is very unprofessional,. sloppy, and very short and blunt with patience. I’ve also had to wait up to an hour after being placed in the examining room on the doctor. Never going back.

Stay away from this provider… Dr. Anagha Agarwal’s office scheduled my appointment for 9:15 AM, but I waited over an hour in the waiting room. Despite multiple requests, a nurse was only sent after a long delay. Even after my lab results were available, there was no follow-up call. This has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve had in the DFW area.
