We are so fortunate to have such an active and busy Sr. center. There is usually something being offered that is of interest to any Senior. The director, Sally Hill, is amazing for the work she does to see that our Sr. Center is top notch. A great place to make new friends or learn a new skill!!
Great variety of activities and great people to work with when volunteering.
I love the (very lively) Senior Activity Center in Anacortes. Sally Hill is just the perfect director: diplomatic, kind and creative; always tries to makes things work for people. I've done a lot and attended a lot of things there. All the volunteers are great, too! This has been a wonderful place for me to come to & meet new friends. My husband & I moved to Anacortes about 2 yrs ago & the Senior Center has been a new link to becoming a part of the community for me. Everyone has been so welcoming & friendly. I have become involved in several of the activities such as Silver Foxes Exercise class, Strength & Balance & playing the game of Mexican Train.
