I’ve been attempting to get hold of the watergardens store for a week, phone rings out every time. The main anaconda call service is even less helpful, just redirecting me to a number that isn’t answering.
They need to work on their customer service. I came a few days back to return a jacket which was bad quality and faulty. At the time they were busy at the front counter with only one person serving so I left and decided I will return later. The big women at the counter stopped me as the gates went off. Even though I had already worn and purchased this jacket with receipt and everything, she took the jacket out of my bag and requested a receipt.
