Everything a small business should be. Lloyd and Lisa provide quality instruments, instruction, and everything you need to play the ukulele. They will not try to sell you something you don't need. I've bought ukes for my nieces and have taken three other people there who've purchased instruments from Anacapa Ukulele ... all have stayed with it, become proficient, and are overjoyed with their purchases. You simply can't go wrong when dealing with Lloyd and Lisa. Highly, highly recommended.
I bought a ukulele in Maui and stopped by Anacapa Ukulele to pick up a chord chart, conditioner, cleaner and information about private lessons. Lloyd helped me find exactly what I needed and gave me a quick lesson on the spot. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and taught me a lot in a short time. I will be starting lessons with Lloyd soon. Amazing customer service, thanks Lloyd!
