Kayla is the best! Exceptional customer service. She will coordinate all efforts with your insurance company and Anacapa Auto. Estimates are fair, which the owner Mr. Biggs stands behind. Easy to work with and all details are completed in a timely manner. Highly recommend. They're the best.
What a blessing this shop is. Impeccable service and what professionalism! Having gone to other shops in the area to restore my Chevy Silverado, I was let down time and time again and had just about given up. Luckily I found John who is a master of his craft. I will now go no where else!
We had a minor repair to replace the side view mirror on our van. Kayla and her father were very responsive, professional, and diligent throughout the entire process. Also very candid and honest when we brought two other vehicles in for estimates.
