I have two Goldens. Dr. Gray took all the time needed to talk and explain all the issues we went to him for. He suggested we take do certain tests BUT no pressure.The staff did an excellent job also. Thanks, well be back!!!!

Very dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism, the attitude of the doctor. We were actually told by the vet that althought they made a mistake, it was an honest one and therefore they would do nothing to correct it. When pressed futher, she told me that they were owned by the Mars Corporation and that it didn t matter what I said or did because they are so big. They really push their wellness plans which feel an aweful lot like a service plan that one might buy for a used car. In the end, the plan didn t even cover what... read more

Excellent Vet-Thanks to Dr. White, just after an initial examination, the doctor was able to diagnose a chronic ear condition( that had gone undiagnosed for many years)...and fnally, she is being treated. Not only has she been relieved of her discomfort- theres hope for my little Princess!!

Well Dr. White is NOT cheap, but he is one of the best. You are going to spend a lot of money and it may be for repeated vaccinations that your dog does not need. However, he does have so much knowledge and skill that you get care that is worth it.

We have been taking our "furry family of four" to Banfield in Hickory NC since March 2008. Dr. Dunning and Dr. Matthews were both wonderful vets. However, since they both left, Banfields service has suffered. They claim to be "Banfield - The Pet Hospital." In May 2011, we encountered a case of Pyometra with our lab. She almost died and the only thing "Banfield - The Pet Hospital" did was take \$250 worth of x-rays and refer us to an actual pet hospital.
