OMG: Been going to this salon for years and had one hairdresser, the last four times I have gone this person butchered my hair. She had started to do what she wants and gets a attitude when she told what to do. Had to go to my mother's burial looking like Frankenstein. I cried and cried every time I pass a mirror. Ya she can cut little boys hair but not a ladies hair cut. She doesn't deserve one star, she needs to take her head out of her ___ and pay attention to what's she doing.
