She is a pediatrician & therefor has to see kids under 3 years of age. However, at my son's 15 month appointment she talked about how kids age 1-2 are awful and she'd never babysit a child under 3. She was not comforting to me or my son who's hesitant at Doctor appointments due to fear of vaccines. When she discussed any milestones or development she made me feel like a bad parent if my son wasn't meeting them. She said my 14 month old should easily understand phrases like "go get my purse".
