The person who answered my call hung up not even finished talking about some doubts and hung up very rudely. Terrible attention Do not come here definitely. If I could I would give zero stars.
Had a wonderful servie from Front Office to the Doctor, very patience and professioal staff.
Whom ever takes patient's calls needs to be retrained, they are so rude and unprofessional. It's a shame because Dr.Allison is such a good Doctor.
The doctor seems nice and knowledgeable. I would stick with her, but I need to find another doctor who's policies make more sense to me. With other doctors, I'm accustom to being able to get my lab results over the phone, but at this doctor I had to go back for a second visit to get the results of my X-Ray, Bloodwork, and Urine Analysis. If she'd needed me to come back for further testing, I would have understood why she wanted to wait until I was in her office to provide my results, but she literally just spoke to me (which... read more
