I suffered a massive heart attack in 2016 which took the function of the left side of my heart due to her lack of treatment.
Similar to the experiences of other reviewers, I have no complaints about Dr. Reyna. She's a good physician; she listens and doesn't rush appointments. She answers questions. Trying to get a med refill as an established patient, however, takes forever. This isn't about restrictive laws. Unsent messages, apparent lack of concern from staff, possibly; being told, "I know you think this is important.."--today, when I finally got a person on the phone. She's isn't good, my mom is stuck having her as a doctor. It's a small town, so you get what you can get. Some times it's not good but it's all that is around.

Called and spoke with a receptionist last Thursday morning to make an appointment and leave word for the Dr (ahead of time, as she specifically instructed) requesting my next month's Rx. Pharmacy needed the Rx by Wednesday afternoon so they could order it in before I run out. ... read more
