What a great team, everyone from the PCA to RN’s , anesthesiologist, Dr Petrova - all super nice , informative, compassionate and really made you feel like you are why they are there - to provide excellent care!! And the New Albany OSU facility is beautiful and easy to navigate !!
First colonoscopy in years. The staff is incredible throughout the facility!
Dr Petrova is kind, compassionate, and takes time to listen. She explains things clearly and never makes you feel rushed! In this day and age, it's comforting to know I have a doctor who truly cares - you don't feel like a number in a sea of patients!
