I paid for a dress through Ana Koi Bridal in May 2023, and it still has not been delivered and no refund has been offered. Completely unable to contact the business. The Canadian Better Business Bureau could not obtain a response from them. My Wedding is in April and have had to resort to a cheaper dress which i do not love due to budget constraints. BUYER BEWARE !
