I called to City of Hope looking for an appointment with Dr. Ana Tergas for the first time. After 20 minutes of answering questions for the receptionist, the call dropped and I called again. They left me waiting and didn't come back. Bad service or I am not sure why the mistery in getting this appointment. I just needed a physician to make sure everything is ok with me since I have been having pain in my lower abdomen.
