I went to get my hair colored in December and bought the product. I had an allergic reaction the next day. They didn’t confirm it was their product at the time. I went to get my hair dyed this week and the color was wrong. I used the product again and had an allergic reaction again. The service staff didn’t want to admit it was their product. They said reason because I was a foreigner and they didn’t communicate well. But I made it very clear. Only the manicurist was good. The service attitude of others was average.
Amazing haircut and mani pedi I’m from new yours and this experience was the best ever!! I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend 10/10 thank you
