RUDE and AWFULL customer service. Failed to filled a form correctly, when I called back to let them know Mrs. Ruiz, really rude and ironically answered me and hardly accepted she failed to fill and notarize a form correctly. Due to these the agency requesting my form denied my application. She told me to go to her office and she will fix it, I explained I live one hr away from her and I was not going to drive 2 hrs (back and forth) for her to correct it.
