Extremely unfriendly and unprofessional and only take care of certain clientele. You can tell what clientele they care for by simply looking at their social media, silly for me to think they took care of all of their clients equally. I went to this salon a few times and two of those times they asked me if my morning appointment could be pushed back very last minute after i commuted a long way. Customer service could improve. They did a good job with my hair
I discovered Ana Given Salon through Amy’s Tik Toks a few years ago. A Latina-owned hair salon in Midtown?! I felt it had to be a sign, and I booked an appointment that same day. I had damaged hair but I loved it long. Ana helped me restore my hair health and while still keeping it long and beautiful. From check-in to check-out, the vibes were immaculate. I’ve never looked back. I recommend them to everyone. I’ve even booked services for my mom and friends!
I cannot say enough amazing things about my color stylist! She is truly the BEST hair stylist I have ever been to. Her talent, attention to detail, and ability to create the perfect color are unmatched. Every single time I leave her chair, I feel absolutely transformed — confident, refreshed, and beautiful.
