So disappointed in the communication with this salon. When I followed up on a potential appointment, the date was taken. I was still open to scheduling something in the near future. I understood that without a deposit there was no guarantee but I was willing to reschedule. I supported this salon and even made a TikTok about my experience in the past. I love coming to this hair salon; I’ve come here at least 3 separate times within the past two years and every time I come, I always leave happy. My stylist Amy is incredibly patient with me and really listens to my hair concerns. I’ve been to other hair salons where I felt like my concerns are never considered or validated but with Amy, it’s the complete opposite. To share my experience, Booking my first appointment was very simple and thorough regarding my hair condition and history. I was hesitant about the $100 per additional hour rate but was reassured that it would most likely not exceed 6 hours. Upon arriving at the salon, I received a text and later call asking if they could push back my appointment an hour later, which was an inconvenience after an hour commute but not a huge deal.
