I booked a waxing service with Rivkha. The environment was clean, and pleasant to be in. I was surprised by how quick and easy the service was. Rivkha was lovely and she offered amazing customer service, answering all of my questions and concerns and making me completely at ease. The results were gorgeous! I booked a follow-up appointment right away.
The set up was clean and there was background music. Other than that I left the place with marks all over my body - butt cheeks, back of knees, belly, thighs - and I only waxed from my lower back to my knees. It was painful to sit or wear most clothes as it irritated my skin and was painful. And the wax burned my skin. Additionally, I payed 160$ (including tip) but I was not smooth like usual.
