Dr. Pantel is excellent. She's very kind. She gives you the confidence to ask all the necessary questions, takes her time to explain things, and is attentive to her patients. She also speaks several languages, which makes it comfortable to speak my preferred language.
I had an appointed scheduled last week with Dr Pantel but I left after waiting half an hour in the exam room while she was eating lunch. What I can tell you is her assistants were both quite rude, patronizing, and condescending in their tone. My primary language is Spanish which is a major reason I selected Dr Pantel in the first place, but I understand enough English to answer the basic questions the assistants ask before seeing the doctor. Ella me a visto hasta hoy en mi embarazo y me gusta como me atiende cualquier duda me ayuda a resolver hasta me ayudado en muchos documentos que aveces no entiendo muy. Buena doctora amigable amable etc no la cambiaría a ella
Dr. Ana Panel is one of the best I've ever had. She is personable, kind, takes her time with you, listens and really looks at her role holistically. As long as I am in Cincinnati, she will be my forever OB/Gyn.
Dr. Pantel was extremely validating, supportive, and kind during my visit. She took my concerns seriously and kept me in the loop as the decision-maker throughout the appointment. She was very gentle and professional during my pap smear and even offered me a hand to help pull myself up into a seated position when it was over. This may seem like a small gesture, but I’ve never had an OB/GYN or any other provider do that, it felt very comforting and helpful.
