I used Ana & Elena cleaning for over a year and at first I had a really good experience. My apartment was nicely cleaned and it was done super fast, at this time Ana & Elena were doing my actual cleaning. After about a year, they expanded their services and I was offered a new cleaner, well at first the cleaner was great, but slowly the quality worsened. I contacted Ana & Elena and I never heard back.
