My appointment was a phone appointment. The appointment itself was great. The NP prescribed a antibiotics for me. But sadly it was Never sent to the pharmacy as I was told it was. So I missed an entire day of No antibiotics. I was extremely disappointed. If this is a common practice then maybe I should change medical groups
