I booked an appointment with Ana some months ago and I am a changed person. Ana helped guide me through my ups and downs and without her I wouldn’t have seen clarity in my mistakes and it would’ve been harder to get better so fast. Ana didn’t do all the work though she showed me how to do the work. Therapy isnt a cure but having a therapist in my life has been the greatest choice I’ve made in a while. It really does help and Ana is a great person for helping people. Wish you all the best!

Ana is a wonderful therapist! My husband and I have been married for 32 years and had some communication issues that we wanted to address. Ana made us comfortable right away. She is insightful and a great listener. We highly recommend her!

Ana is an amazing therapist, and human, in general. She is professional, kind and compassionate, while also being direct. My favorite combo! She was there for me in a moments notice in a space and time where I really needed someone. I couldn't be more grateful. I feel very lucky to have found her. I highly recommend her to all :)

It was a true blessing having Ana as my therapist for the short few months. Ana made me felt welcome during our sessions. She truly listens, was sincere and direct, respected my religious views, and never made any judgements. I highly recommend her and if I have the opportunity again in the future I choose her again.
