I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I’ve been a client for years, which makes this even more upsetting. I was seen by a new eyebrow technician today and clearly said three times that I only wanted my eyebrows cleaned up, not thinned. Despite that, my eyebrows were made much thinner than I asked for. To make matters worse, I left with multiple cuts around my eyebrows. After years of being a loyal client, I expected much better. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
I had a great experience at this place. Anjali did my brows, and she had done them for me before as well. I really liked her work, which is why I visited again. She provides excellent service, is professional, and makes sure her clients are happy. I loved the results and would definitely recommend Anjali. Thank you for the wonderful service!
