.....I loved using this company for many years until recently, I had them do my wedding bouquet and boutonnieres, I needed to take them with me out of town so I asked if that was possible or would the flowers wilt? I spoke to a Jill on the phone, said no, no we package them and give you instruction on how to travel with them, they'll be fine...great! so I stopped by the shop to show them the exact color I wanted them to wrap my bouquet with, they said no problem....I picked up my flowers and they're were the WRONG color, the... read more

I called to order a nice green blooming plant for my Aunts services, and the lady on the phone was so helpful and nice. I was just amazed how nice and friendly the service was, as I am from out of town. Ty very much.

This florist is tops in the business of arramgements for birthdays, anniversaries,and holidays. Excellent selection in products and great service. Do not use for large events that require plannning. They can't hack it

I went to An Enchanted Florist and was assured that the flowers I needed for my wedding would be available; on the day of my wedding I was told that the flower I built my entire wedding around was not available and there was no way to fix it. My bridal bouquet was sub-par and the quality of flowers used in my grooms boutonniere was atrocious. I don't doubt that this shop might do ok work on smaller arrangements but future brides please do not trust them with your wedding, you will be totally disappointed!

The flowers that I needed were just beautiful but the service was average.
