Dental staff works well with difficult patients. Dr. Stephanie Susman is wonderful with difficult patients. My husband has cognitive problems and can become difficult at times, Dr. Susman never looses her temper or treats him like a child, even when he lashes out when he forgets where he is. It's rare to find a dentist - or dental office - willing to work with someone under these conditions but the entire staff at An Elegant Smile are simply fabulous.
