Walked inside and was told they were closed. Drove 30 mins and was a loyal customer. Never coming here again. Bad customer service unprofessional. When I said I drove over 30 mins she giggled and said We’re closed. Would be nice if they updated their google or just did my eyebrows that takes 10 mins since it was before closing hours and the door was unlocked.
Neek was very detail-oriented and mindful of threading my eyebrows in exactly the shape I wanted! She even taught me something new about my hair type and how I should be taking care of my eyebrows because of it.
Neek she was amazing! And did such a awesome job! My eyebrows look so good!
Neek was very attentive and took a lot of time to ensure I was happy. She touched up any areas that I wanted. Great experience and didn't feel rushed. I'll be back!
