Beware, they are dishonest – Angel's Touch Tattoo is a rip off. I booked an appointment and was told they wanted $20 dollars put down that would be refunded if the appointment was cancelled at least a day before the appointment. I was sick and cancelled a few days in advance. I asked for my deposit back. He said we don't give it back but will allow you to change your appt. I told him my Dr. said I could not have a tattoo.
