I was so very disappointed, I paid in full as soon as I was asked. filled out the paperwork, was given an statr date for first lesson. then the lesson was changed to a more inconvenient day and time for me. I drove out to her place with my puppy in tow only to meet up with her daughter (which I did not pay for) for a 30 min consultation which I had already filled out in the paperwork. I was totally disappointed in the manner in which I was treated. Money was sent. Appointment was changed, and I ended up driving for 45 mins with my puppy in tow only to be stuck with her daughter and it was a 30 min consultation, no lesson at all. this was not communicated nor would I have driven that far for 30 mins of talking which was already in the paperwork! I was also the one always reaching out to see when we might get a lesson...... very poor way to run a business. I asked for a full refund!
