good tax service, But after tax season it sucks! Have an issue and cannot get a hold of any one. No one in office been trying for more than a month! Phone message says they are having computer issues and will not be in office till they are fixed! How do they know if they are fixed when no one goes to office? Very Frustrated ! Pay extra for the ins. but cannot use it because you cannot get ahold of her!
