Since feb 2003 when i moved to emerald isle ihave been amys client I have a weekly standing appt which gives me a good perspective on the shop and stylists No time have i ever been there when any stylist has been rude,mean spoken,or disrespectful to a client,even though at times i felt they would have been justified Justin has done my hair when amy has been ill or on vacation. Amy's Hair Design is the best ever. They have done my hair for 15 plus years. If you do not have an advanced hair appt. You may have to wait a few minutes or so but they always will squeeze you in. Justin is worth the wait Diane, you missed out. Amy and her crew do an excellent job and I always look like a million bucks when I leave. GOOD QUALITY HAIR DESIGNERS!!!!!

Worst experience ever! Was left waiting to get my haircut twenty minutes after my appointment. Justin never apologized for the inconvenience. I decided to leave without getting my haircut because I had no idea when Justin would be done with the client in his chair. He had just started cutting her hair when I arrived for my appt. at 1pm. First and last time for me at Amy's Hair Design. I will encourage others not to choose this place for anything! JUST PLAIN BAD BUSINESS!!!
