I had to have my roof replaced and during that time my Homeowners Insurance ran out, so I had to get a 4 point Inspection. The inspector came out and told me that my pressure relief valve for my hot water heater was not up to code. It had to be moved. This caused me great anguish as I am disabled and on a limited budget.
