WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE/DRIED OUT CAKES/PASTRIES/RUBBERY PIES – Since when is custard pie (all pies) "not" required to be refrigerated due to the eggs & milk it contains??? A grate place to get 5 stare pastries and not pay for 5 stare price. People are friendly and the customer service is grate best I’ve had in CA. love it
One of the best bakeries in the region. Convenient. – A great variety of bakery products. Popular with the morning coffee crowd. I love their bagels, especially the jalapeno ones !
The best cakes and goodies – I love Amy's, I drive from Long Beach to Montebello every other week. They have the best Creme Brulee and their Amy's Delight cake is to die for. I have introduced many friends to Amy's and they love it. The atmosphere is clean and friendly; the staff is ready to help you and very professional. I have been a customer since 1991 and still going.......
WORST OWNER AND DISGUSTING CAKES – worst service and worst OWNER EVER! never recommened he told my mother he didnt care ... about loosing a customer of 25 years... so to me in his head the customer is never right what a mother fudger
I love Amy's – I've been a big fan of this place since I was a kid and my parents would take me there, It was so huge and lovely. I recently moved back and It's still the same amazing product but a whole lot hipper. It's bustling as it always has been with all the locals getting their morning fix at the new coffee bar and gym goers and families coming for some of their home-made delectable treats and to hang out. Looks are deceiving – This bakery used to be appealing but a recent visit changed my mind. Both the cakes and service were stale! When cakes cost $18--24 you expect them to be fresh and not just "look good." I dont mind paying the high price but c'mon hold up you end of the bargain, provide a fresh and tasty product! Also, get some service training for the girls behind the counter---polite professional service should not be confused with kissing someones behind, that attitude of theirs should be left in the hood.
