Stopped to get a milkshake. Got the vanilla ice cream for the base and got a bunch of mix ins, fudge, m&m's and oreos. The staff just blended all the mix ins into a smooth puree along with the ice cream. I was hoping for more of a slurry with pieces of m&m's and oreos. Generally disappointed in the product and the communication.

We visited this ice cream place and found no one at the counter when we arrived. A few people were sitting in the dining area, but there were no staff members in sight. We waited around 2–3 minutes before an employee eventually appeared, walking slowly. We ordered several different flavors of ice cream. Some were okay, others were disappointing—we didn’t even finish a few of them after trying just a couple of bites. One of the ice creams had a hair in it, which was unpleasant. Overall, not the best experience.
