I've visited several Amy's Ice Cream locations, and unfortunately, each time I experienced poor customer service, including incorrect orders. I was surprised that such a simple task as scooping a single flavor of ice cream could be so hard.
Great dark chocolate milkshake.
Just had the best turtle sundae made by Neva!! She was a dream. She even asked our favorite song and played our wedding song. Carson was awesome too. It had a great and happy vibe in there because of those two! It was also very clean. Thank you!
My kids loved it and Jade / Morgan were so so nice !!! Very professional and with such awesome smiles ! The ice cream were delicious and so was the service . Thank you !
Good ice cream store in Hill country Galleria. Friendly staff,quick service and fast checkout process. They also take party orders catering. Have a ice cream cup day.
