I started shopping at this store when I moved to the area in Sept 06 and was happy until I made a sale purchase in late Dec & was told the store mailer coupon I had was not eligible on the sale item - even though the coupon did not state it couldnt be used with sale items. I went back to the store 4 times in an attempt to resolve this and each employee gave me a different story as to why I couldnt use the coupon.
