Extremely bad experience.very rude staff.un professional attitude. Tina messed up my highlights left the white strips in my hair, when I went back to show it to her instead of fixing it she behaved very rude and denied to fix it. I had to get my hair color done that day because I was going to a party so instead of wasting time I got my hair color done and it was a big disaster again I told to Kim that I want light brown color. This is a great place. I tend to walk in due to my busy and sometimes unpredictable schedule. Tina usually cuts my hair, but I have had my hair cut by several different stylists there. I have a pixie cut and it is important to me that a stylist pays attention to detail and makes my style look feminine. They listen and do just what I ask. People ask me all the time where I get my hair cut. This is the place. I love my cut every time, and the price is very reasonable.
