The staff at Amy’s Eden Care was helpful, kind and understanding. Beautiful home with only one other invalid. My 96 year old mother received 6 weeks of loving care during the final chapter of her long life. Care giving must come from the heart! Julia and her team do this well. I can recommend Amy’s Eden and its Trek House, along with the fine staff, in what is a most difficult time for our loved one’s! Thank you! , Ann Marie, Jody, Charlie and director, Julia !!! A bunch of thieves!! The caregivers were great, my mother passed on Sept. 7th. Per the agreement, we had to wait 90 days until we could get our money back, around $15k. We waited the 90 days and now they refused to give us the money back. The accounting dept. told me they lost all my mother's info due to new management. I sent them a copy of the agreement and now they will not reply back to my emails. In the meantime, we are still received bills for my mother after her death. This is an emotional heart break. BEWARE. Please read! My sister was battling breast cancer and decided she needed help with her aging husband. She paid ahead to Amy’s Eden Senior Care. The help was friendly but had no experience. She decided to change the hours from 8 to 4 hour for the last two shift. Also decided to terminate after the these two shifts. She followed the contract and gave the two weeks notice. If you're looking a place that will overcharge your family, hire un qualified caregivers, overwork the caregivers they have that are working so they are too tired to properly care for your loved ones, and they will up your rent everytime they are short staff or residents and cant pay their Bill's then this is the place for you! They falsely document the care of residents, they hire caregivers that are on drugs (weed and meth) and never drug test because they are so desperate to keep staff.
