I purchased $871 worth of candles 3 weeks ago. When I emailed and messaged on Facebook received no reply. I called and was told they were so busy and behind and would ship the next day. 5 days later I called again and the same rude woman said they shipped yesterday. I ask for tracking and she said she did not have it. I told her to refund me and cancel the order since it had not shipped out and to stop lying to me.
