Worst customer service I have EVER experienced! I purchased 2 candles, the store charged my card 3 times. I was told to go back to the store the next day at 10am to get my card credited. At 10am, the manager was not there and I was told she would be another hour. After an hour, she was still not there. I was then told that I had to go to the factory. Love it and wish we still had a store in Baton Rouge!! But the website makes up for it!!
