I have had cake pops from Amy's Cake Pop Shop and they're delicious and artistically/cleverly designed. I'm leaving this review, though, after Amy did a birthday party for our six year old where she taught a room full of rising first graders how to make and decorate cake pops. It was such a fun and creative party and Amy and her assistants were so terrific working with a group of kids this age. Can't recommend highly enough, and makes me want to continue to support her business. Thanks, Amy!
The cake pops themselves are wonderful but the girl you had working today was genuinely giving the worst customer service I’ve ever had. She didn’t say hello or welcome us, gave us dirty looks and barely spoke. She seemed mad we were there and this has happened twice. We won’t be back again
Amy is a MIRACLE worker!! I gave her the wrong date for an event by complete mistake, and she was still able to accommodate me and fill my order despite the last minute realization! 10/10 customer service. Her cakepops were a huge success for my sister’s graduation party! Everyone loved them. Thank you again Amy!!
