Lately, the therapists I've had did not listen and just upsold me on longer sessions. Went in twice for a 60 minute session only to have my back and neck rubbed for first 45 minutes, and when I asked if she was ever going to get to anything else, she asked for 90 minutes. One time, I gave a $25 tip for a 60-minute session, and she asked for more! Prior experiences with Kayla and Amy were excellent, but they are not there anymore. Addendum - increasing rating because the current therapists are better.
I would NEVER recommend. This was the most uncomfortable, violating massage of my life. My boyfriend and I went for 60 minute couples massages for my birthday. I was honestly appalled by the service. We were put in separate rooms and when I walked in there was a paper towel on the bed to lay my face on and a beach towel as pictured as my sheet (the picture is blurry because I was so upset at the end I needed to get out of there). Girlfriend and I just got our first massages here and are impressed. Loved the staff, the location is modest, but clean and we'll kept. Looking forward to our next visit! Great experience.
