Great to work with, very reasonable and customer friendly.
The lot itself is decent but poorly managed. I stored a boat here for 2 years and it was stolen. The cameras DO NOT work and the lock system needs updating. Not 2 weeks after my boat was stolen, the spot I rented for the YEAR was already rented out to someone else. I was never offered reimbursement for the space. If you value your belongings DO NOT store them here. I even had Louisa county sheriffs department advise me to look elsewhere for storage.
Arranged on the 27th to arrive in one week. Was told five days later the spaces had been rented without any warning or opportunity to respond. Now, less than a week away from a long TDY, I need to find a new place for storage.
An outstanding value and a trusted location for storing and accessing my RV. It's a little bit out there, location-wise, but I always enjoy the lake views to/from and it happens to be not too far off the path of places I want to visit.
