After many years of playing the same bait and switch games with other storage facilities, i decided to give this location a try. It truly meets my needs and I greatly appreciate the overall simplicity of the process. I would recommend!

The lot itself is decent but poorly managed. I stored a boat here for 2 years and it was stolen. The cameras DO NOT work and the lock system needs updating. Not 2 weeks after my boat was stolen, the spot I rented for the YEAR was already rented out to someone else. I was never offered reimbursement for the space. If you value your belongings DO NOT store them here. I even had Louisa county sheriffs department advise me to look elsewhere for storage.

Arranged on the 27th to arrive in one week. Was told five days later the spaces had been rented without any warning or opportunity to respond. Now, less than a week away from a long TDY, I need to find a new place for storage.
