I purchased tiny 14K gold huggies and LOVE them. One of them became hard to close. AMYO was just wonderful. I sent them back and they sent me a new pair. So appreciative and grateful for companies that make things right! I will be buying more. Thank you AMYO

Absolutely horrible. I never leave reviews, but this one was too ridiculous not to. I ordered 3 earrings for my cartilage piercings. It cost me 98 dollars. I put them in and everything was perfectly fine then I went to try to take them out and they wouldn’t come out. It took me an hour and a half to take them out. My ear was red and purple. I do not recommend AYMO.

I will never buy from this company again. I mistakenly ordered 1 hoop earring. I asked for a return authorization and was told it will cost quite a bit to send back. I offered to by the second earring and asked if they would help with some sort of discount since the pair would have cost this. I was denied and “educated “ on how I should have seen that this was sold singularly. It’s important for small companies to try to help their customers. This one is not one of them.

I ordered pink sapphire earrings for $75 and when they arrived the box said they were pink quartz. This was fine, they still looked nice; however, upon further inspection, they are most likely cubic zirconia as they cast a rainbow in the light whereas quartz or sapphires wouldn't cast a rainbow. Charging $75 for cubic zirconia is outrageous when you can get the same product for $20 elsewhere.
