Dr. Wu was very friendly and provided clear, thorough explanations throughout the diagnosis. Although my initial impression was somewhat affected by the front desk staff, who came across rude and unwelcoming, this may have simply been due to a busy schedule or a difference in communication style.

The best doctor I've ever had. Most doctors treat the symptoms. I feel like Dr. Wu see me as a whole person and treats me as such. I went for one problem, years ago and she went 20 steps further, curing the underlying problems that caused that symptom and so much more. She listens, she cares and she is invested.

Physically asulted me. Legal case is open, can't give details. Then aggressively shoved suction device into right ear multiple times. Bruised, damaged outer ear tissue. Area still hurts. 13% hearing loss. Caused permanent tinnitus. This is a loud sound in middle of your head that Never stops. Torture. From the start she was aggressive, combatative, unprofessional.
