Hello! My name is Amy Whisnant and I am.a licensed Zumba/dance fitness instructor. I am also a licensed Pound Pro Rockout Drumstick workout instructor. I teach at the Granite Falls Recreation Center. All my classes are $5 per class Come join the fun!!

Amy is AMAZEBALLS! Her classes are fun and she changes her routines frequently to keep it fresh! Her motto is YOU DO YOU! If you can’t do the high impact moves, you just move or implement a lower impact move that is similar! There is no judgment on this class, just positive, supportive ladies!! Y’all check her out! SHE is a ROCKSTAR!!!
Amy is one of the most amazing people. She gives her all to everyone in every class. She will kick you butt it the best way. She never makes you feel bad if there is something that you are not able to do. She always says you do you, as long as you are sweating. All ages and abilities you will not regret any of her classes.
Amy is a amazing person and friend she motivates you and pushes you to better yourself.i been workout with her for over three years. And I love my pound classes it's my stress relief class. . Zumba is awesome too . Come and give it a try . Thanks for everything you do Amy whisnant.❤️💪😍

Amy is very dedicated to her students. I’ve never met anyone who wants you to succeed more. She continues her own education in fitness in effort to provide the newest fitness styles out there. She gives so much time and energy to her challenge groups. She is truly amazing and a wonderful motivator!
