She was very pleasant, friendly and takes the time to connect with you. It’s very nice when someone makes you feel comfortable more like your taking with a friend. Often at doctor visits we feel like another number and this wasn’t the case today. Nurse Jayna was amazing as usual too! All the ladies up front were nice and helpful as well. Great visit. Thanks for a great caring team.
