Amy is absolutely a lovely practitioner I have been going to for a few years. She is so warm and welcoming. Always has a smile on her face and is happy to help out with any of your issues. She is quick to return phone calls, same day! Amy runs an efficient and very clean practice.
The front desk staff were patient, competent and polite. Dr. Waldman herself is fantastic. Not only is she a knowledgeable and patient doctor, she explained everything to me and made me feel heard and understood. She went beyond, and after listening to my struggles with insurance, helped me search for specialists that could have been in network. DISCLAIMER This is not on behalf of the NP herself she seems very lovely based on the other reviews about her. unfortunately i didn’t get the chance to meet her. I booked on zocdoc since I need medical clearance asap for surgery, the website confirmed my payment + insurance , and that the provider has this slot for THIS specific clearance , thank god i called before because the woman on the phone goes “um yeah we don’t have time for that” Okay, what if i didn’t call and i came all the way there?
