Front desk is super rude. Called as my sister is having a super important surgery and needs a service done prior. I understand you don’t take Medicaid… but we are willing to pay out of pocket and willing to sign a form. They rudely hung up on me because I have Medicaid and they assume I won’t be able to pay.
