My husband and I are both health care providers. We found Amy Davis through our insurance company. She completely turned our world upside down after evaluating my son. Front desk is super rude. Called as my sister is having a super important surgery and needs a service done prior. I understand you don’t take Medicaid… but we are willing to pay out of pocket and willing to sign a form. They rudely hung up on me because I have Medicaid and they assume I won’t be able to pay.
