Dr. Tseng and her staff are amazing! We travel down from Port Alberni to see her, and they always go out of their way to make our visit as easy as possible: scheduling all three of us on the same day, giving us afternoon appointments, etc. We also value the fact that Dr. Tseng uses air purifiers throughout her office and respects our precautionary measures against illness.
All my experience with Amy and her staff and colleagues has been amazing! I’ve brought my son there as referred by my regular dentist a couple of times and they are welcoming, supportive, and professional.
We were referred here for my daughter (3yrs) from our dentist for her to go under sedation for dental work. Having someone be able to do this in Duncan rather than Nanaimo was awesome! I would highly recommend Amy Tseng and her team- all were very gentle, kind, reassuring, and supportive. The dental work went well and recovery was super fast. My daughter had a great experience- yay for avoiding dentist trauma!

Was referred to Amy Tseng Dental Clinic by my partner and have been extremely impressed the two times I have been in now. After not seeing a dentist for the last 11 years you can imagine the plaque and tartar build up that would be on my teeth especially with having a retainer glued in on the bottom teeth making those specific teeth hard for me to clean.
